I was referred to Damon due to pain in my hip. Damon was able to help me relieve the pain as well as tips on how to avoid it from happening again! He takes the time to explain what he is doing and how it should feel. He was able to show me ways to do everyday activities to keep pain out of my life! Thank you Damon!

Damon was awesome. He was very thorough and went over everything he was doing to help relieve any tension or pressure in my areas of concern. He gave me the tools and insight I need to help prevent or counter balance any pressure I'm putting on my body due to my line of work. Highly recommend Damon.

I have to admit I was a tad skeptical. Never had a back issue & always been able to work thru any muscle pain . Developed crazy lower back pain, ongoing for a month. Damon correctly diagnosed a posture issue. Excellent alignment therapy which included teaching me home techniques & exercises eliminating future return. Outstanding value. Expertise & professionalism in it's finest form.

Well, I'd like to say that I walked in to the building with so much pain, tension, stressed all over my neck, shoulder and back, after my tx. when I left, I felt like a new person!! aches and pains had gone away, it was the best satisfying, relaxing, 60 min body alignment I had and I will definitely going back and will recommend to family and friends. His very informative on his treatment, and professional. Thank you.

who we are

Body Alignment

Complete Body Alignment is a hands on process working with connective tissue to re-align the entire musculo-skeletal structure, restoring balance and flexibility, improving posture and reducing or eliminating chronic pain. Any imbalance in the body - no matter what the cause - is imprinted as change in the internal structure and has a long range and cumulative effect. The body may attempt to return to it's original state but without the assistance of structural body work, it remains misaligned.

Complete Body Alignment is a system of body restructuring through tissue manipulation and re-education through movement, strength and muscle memory retraining. Structural body alignment releases the body's patterns of tension and allows the force of gravity to flow through the body thus realigning and re balancing it.

Upper Body Posture Alignment

Forward Head Postures such as the Upper Crossed Syndrome are the result of poor sleeping positions, driving stress, computer neck, whiplash, and faulty breathing habits. Pain becomes apparent due to muscle strain, disc herniations, arthritis, pinched nerves and overstretching of the spinal cord. A significant part of head, neck, jaw and shoulder pain is due to poor posture, tension, trauma, and central nervous system malregulation. These symptoms may reveal as fibromyalgia, myofascial tender points, TMJ, and chronic fatigue syndromes. (Exerts and Image from Eric Dalton; Freedom from Pain Institute).

Lower Body Alignment / Pelvic Stabilization

Lower-Crossed Syndrome (LCS) is also referred to as distal or pelvic crossed syndrome. In LCS, tightness of the thoracolumbar extensors on the dorsal side crosses with tightness of the iliopsoas and rectus femoris. Weakness of the deep abdominal muscles ventrally crosses with weakness of the gluteus maximus and medius. This pattern of imbalance creates joint dysfunction, particularly at the L4-L5 and L5-S1 segments, SI joint, and hip joint. Specific postural changes seen in LCS include anterior pelvic tilt, increased lumbar lordosis, lateral lumbar shift, lateral leg rotation, and knee hyperextension. If the lordosis is deep and short, then imbalance is predominantly in the pelvic muscles; if the lordosis is shallow and extends into the thoracic area, then imbalance predominates in the trunk muscles (Janda 1987).

Stress Eliminator

The Stress Eliminator works to release and relieve stress and pain throughout the entire body not just your superficial tissue. The session is started with the client face up and Osteopathic techniques are used to eliminate any current pain, to put the body in a relaxed state. This is followed by subtle joint releases and some relaxing lower bodywork that focuses on the legs and feet. As I move to your upper body, generous time is devoted to the shoulders, neck and hands. The process is repeated when the client turns face down and again this portion of the session begins with pain and joint release techniques first. Then relaxing bodywork is devoted to feet, glutes, hips, upper and lower back and again the neck. This is a complete, PAIN FREE, stress release of the body and IS NOT your average Swedish massage! this is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines an array of techniques to help the body improve its circulation, relieve aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
